Richa Dubey is the Founder and Director of Saira Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underprivileged children through education and compassion. Inspired by her upbringing in a family of educators and her service experience with UNICEF, she dedicated her life to social service.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, she left her position at a well-known school to fully devote herself to social service and founded Saira Foundation. Guided by her faith in Sai Baba and the belief that “Nothing feels better than making someone smile,” she envisions nurturing slum children into compassionate and responsible nation-builders.
